Values

ISC reaffirms the values of the Cristal Foundation, which encompass justice, democracy, and equality, developed through:

1. Diversity to promote a scientific environment and campus activities without discrimination based on race, color, sex, or religion.
2. Creativity to carry out curricular and extracurricular activities to develop creativity, critical thinking skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
3. Partnership to promote partnerships and cooperation for mutual work with academics, students, ISC alumni, government, community, and other institutions at national and international levels.
4. Renewal of the environment and identity to strengthen national identity, promote and rejuvenate the environment for sustainable development, and strengthen national identity.
5. Programs that assist the teaching and learning environment are based on Don Bosco’s teachings. Ten former Salesian students established the Cristal Foundation to teach young people and students to use the freedom given to them by God without suffocating it and to prevent them from abusing freedom and falling into licentiousness. By applying good discipline, they aim to make young people and students responsible, good Christians, and good citizens.
